Are your custom designs modified templates?
No. While we offer pre-designed layouts for many of our websites, our graphic artists create custom designs from scratch.
To maintain my own website, do I need to know how to implement HTML or other complicated scripts?
No, you can modify text, add pages, upload pictures and even add a mailing list with point and click technology. No HTML or scripting manipulation necessary. The Hostware® is easy to learn and very easy to use.
Do I have to maintain my website?
No, we also provide maintenance service but most of our customers do the basic maintenance themselves and may contact us to provide advanced components or a new look from time to time.
Where can I go for help if I don't understand something?
We provide free technical support for as long as you have an active account. See Support page for details. Support is provided by telephone and email.
Do you provide hosting too?
Yes. The hosting and software is integrated, sometimes referred to as hostware®.
Can I use my current Web address/domain name?
Yes, and there are no fees associated with transferring a domain name.
How long does it take your designers to build a website?
This depends upon the extent and complexity of your site, but a typical lead time is 10 business days from the time we receive your website information. This will vary depending on our current workload.
Can I have advanced technology like Flash or Streaming Audio on your websites?
Yes. Our websites can be as simple or as sophisticated as you need. Many of our customers write their own HTML or java code. The websites also supports Macromedia’s Flash animations, streaming audio and video.
I already have a website, can I transfer it?
Yes, you can easily upload existing HTML and image files into your website. Note, however, that if you want to use the EZ-Pagebuilder™ program to update your existing HTML pages, they must first be recreated with EZ-Pagebuilder™.

Do you support PayPal?

How secure is the e-commerce system?
We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. You can feel confident that your Web page is both safe and secure. In addition to SSL, credit card transactions also benefit from the 3-WayEncryption™ technology.
Are there limitations to the size of my website?
There is no limit to the number of pages you may have on your website, but there is a file size limit to your respective account. Additional webspace can be purchased for only $0.50 per MegaByte per month.
What are the legal restrictions of your websites?
We prohibit pornography, SPAM, and the sale or display of anything illegal.
Are there any hidden costs that I will find out about later?
No. There are no hidden costs and you will never be surprised with hidden or unknown fees. We provide you with a detailed quote so you know exactly what your website
will cost.
